State of Franklin Road adjacent to Fresh Market. No further details were available. ETSU is amid a capital campaign for the arts initiative, including a $38 million performing arts center.Expecting a $28.5 million allocation from the state, the ETSU Arts Initiative began fundraising efforts in earnest last year, reaching more than $5.8 million of its $9.5 million goal at present.
