A medical emergency behind the wheel is suspected of triggering a Monday crash in Rogersville, with a car hitting a pickup truck nearly head-on as it sat at a red light.Rogersville police report the incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 11W and Park Boulevard. The driver of a car traveling west on 11W suffered a medical emergency, according to authorities, and veered left into the oncoming lanes of traffic.
