KINGSPORT — Police were searching for the occupants of a car that spurred a four-vehicle collision Friday afternoon in Kingsport, while a pair of acquaintances accused of driving them from the scene have been arrested.The incident occurred at 11:40 a.m. at the intersection of West Stone Drive and Fairview Avenue. An investigation revealed that a westbound Volvo rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped in traffic, pushing it forward into another car. A fourth vehicle farther ahead was also struck, with Kingsport police saying four victims received non-life-threatening injuries. The Volvo, later learned to be driven by Robin Kincheloe, reportedly drove around the crash and stopped a short distance away.
